Gian Paul Hotel is a small hotel surrounded by green Ligurian nature, right on the first hill of Cavi di Lavagna. Its location is ideal because it is only 3 minutes away from the beaches, yet it is in a place of complete relaxation, far from the traffic and noise of the coast.
The hotel is equipped with all major services, including parking included for direct bookings. Several hiking and walking trails start from the hotel. We also provide bicycles and many activities.
Our terrace overlooking Portofino is the ideal place to enjoy a drink from 6pm to midnight or book a relaxing massage.

Gian Paul Hotel is conveniently located. Right halfway between the town of Chiavariand Sestri Levante, famous for its Baia del Silenzio, our hotel is close to both the Lavagna and Sestri Levante railway stations. The train connection is perfect for reaching both the Cinque Terre (Monterosso, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Riomaggiore) and Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofinoor Camogli.
Many of these locations can be reached in less than an hour by car or train from the hotel, and we also provide motorbike rental for those who wish to visit them independently and without the stress of parking.
